Publicly shareable dashboards

Dashboards should have the possibility to be shared publicly.

It would help to have them as reports in others, such as Notion or Confluence, that support embedding.

• Global annotations should be possible to show in dashboards

• Auto refreshing should be possible for published dashboards as well as a separate option
